Tennessee Rugby is pleased to add Hank Marshman to the Volunteer staff as the team chaplain.

Hank has worked with Athletes in Action and the umbrella organization, Campus Crusade for Christ International, since 1983. He is currently Regional Coordinator for Men's Outreach and Leadership Development. He is a popular speaker at student conferences and men’s events sponsored by Man in the Mirror Ministries.

Hank Marshman has a unique ability to motivate men through his enthusiasm and humor. His passion is to reach young men and challenge them to find the way to honesty with themselves, with God, and with a group of trusted Christian men.

Hank has become a tremendous rugby enthusiast and leads the team in weekly Bible study plus attends most games.

He lives in Knoxville, with his wife Chrisy and their sons, Blake and Brett.
