Growing up in New York City, Joe Siragusa began playing rugby while at Xavier High School. He continued his playing career at Boston University (1995-2000) and was named captain in 1999 and 2000 while earning all-conference honors as a front row player.

Joe Siragusa joined the coaching staff at the University of Tennessee in 2011.

Coach Siragusa is the Vice President / Branch Manager for Fidelity Investments in Knoxville. He received is Certified Financial Planner's certification from American College in Washington DC in 2006.

Coach Siragusa and his wife Kelly have a daughter Evelyn and a son Anthony.
