Volunteers Named to South All-Stars
May 25, 2009 (Marietta, GA) - Each spring the South Territory selects a team to participate in the USA Rugby National Collegiate All-Star Championship. The 2009 selection camp was held May 21-23 in Marietta, GA. Four Vols were selected to the team and UT's Benji Goff was selected as the team's captain. All four players have just completed their 3rd year playing for the Volunteers and still have two years of eligibility remaining. The team will reconvene in Glendale, CO on June 09 for the 2009 National Collegiate All-star Championship held at Infinity Park on June 11-13.
