UT Rugby closed 2020-2021 with a year end cookout to honor seniors and celebrate another memorable year of Tennessee Rugby. Without the ability to host the traditional year end banquet, the Volunteer Rugby Foundation instead opted for a less formal outdoor picnic at the Tennessee Rugby Park.
2020-2021 will not be remembered for long road trips and competing for championships. Rather, it was a year of perseverance with success defined by hard work in a process just for an opportunity to play rugby. It was the final chapter for a group of seniors that may well be the most accomplished class (on and off the field) to ever play rugby for the University of Tennessee.
