Tennessee season ends with loss in conference semifinal

Tennessee hosted the Southeastern Collegiate Rugby Conference Championship last weekend at the Tennessee Rugby Park.

The Volunteers couldn't hold a 14-0 halftime lead and fell to Alabama 17-21 in the semifinal round.  Kentucky bested South Carolina 38-31 in the other semifinal and then defeated Alabama on Sunday 36-31 to claim the championship.
